I think he was at one point a Space Wolf Standard Bearer, however I found him in a bit of a sorry state. His arm has been re-jiggered to hold a lascannon power pack, and I stuck a lamp on his flag pole. I'll add wires from the pack to the lamp and maybe some other little details.
